As the lead support engineer, you will be lead our customer support efforts, as well as perform QA on our Hadoop large-scale data platform. We are looking for people that have:
Experience performing QA and debugging software (huge plus if you experience QA'ing distributed systems)
Great oral communication skills, can work with clients to solve their problems
Clear, concise technical writing
Experience programming in a Linux environment
Solid understanding of programming and software engineering fundamentals (OO, mocking, unit testing, etc)
Any programming experience in Java and/of PHP is a major plus
A/B testing and any other UI testing experience
