We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized team player to join our Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of Janrain’s Demand Generation team, responsible for generating leads through digital channels, nurturing prospects with automated email campaigns and providing detailed analysis and reporting of marketing results.
Generate marketing qualified leads through the website, digital advertising, email campaigns and other digital channels, achieving quarterly KPI targets.
Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on social media.
Working with our agency, optimize Janrain’s paid search and display campaigns to achieve MQL and ROI targets.
Create and optimize landing pages and lead forms for our marketing campaigns.
Post new resources to the Janrain website, update content and create new pages and lead forms as needed.
Build and send effective email campaigns including newsletters, webinar and event invitations and automated nurture campaigns.
Working with our agency, manage our Marketo marketing automation database, implementing and optimizing programs and processes for list management, lead scoring and assignment, and database cleanup.
Implement and maintain tracking sources for list uploads, unique URLs and form fills.
Coordinate regularly with the SDR team to inform them of new lead gen programs and align with follow-up/outreach campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns. Maintain the marketing funnel reports, create dashboards in SalesForce and report on website analytics, campaign ROI, SQL creation and other KPI metrics of importance.
Identify trends and insights to optimize demand generation and improve overall marketing and sales effectiveness.
Highly motivated, results-oriented professional who lives and breathes digital marketing.
BS/ MS in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of full-time digital marketing experience.
Demonstrable experience building effective email marketing campaigns, landing pages and lead forms using Marketo or similar marketing automation system.
Solid knowledge of SalesForce, comfortable handling basic marketing administration tasks such as campaign setup and lead routing.
Skilled in SEM, social and/or display advertising, always optimizing. SEO expertise not required, but a plus.
Proficient in use of either WordPress or Drupal CMS, and in Google Analytics.
Expert at extracting data and building meaningful dashboards and reports via SalesForce or Excel.

Excellent marketing communication skills - able to write short but compelling ad copy, craft landing pages and email campaigns, and proof longer resources.
Pays attention to detail -proofs own work to ensure reporting numbers are correct.

A team player, who is comfortable working hands-on, collaborating with teammates and leading agencies to do their best work.
